We want you to fall in love with your DIY manicure!  we want you to try our nail wraps with zero stress.

 

• Conditions: This policy applies to one set per customer on their first order only. To process this, please email us a clear photo of the applied nails within 7 days of delivery.

 

2. Standard Returns (Unopened Items)

• Eligibility: Unopened and unused nail wraps in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the item, a full refund (minus original shipping fees) will be issued to your original payment method.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you find a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately with a photo of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund right away.
